You can view your Outstanding invoice within your account by going to the Billing section from the left menu of your Home page. Choose 'Make a Payment'. Notifications will be sent via email approximately 45 days prior to renewal date to the Primary User and users set with Billing capabilities.
Make a Payment
If you have an outstanding payment, you can enter your information to pay by credit card or get the information for making an EFT payment.
Payment Options:
Credit Card
This option is available when creating an account and from within the Billing section.
We accept MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept AMEX.
If you do not have access to the account, we can take credit card information over the phone and apply the payment for you.
Electronic Funds Transfer
This option can be chosen when creating an account (Choose Other Method of Payment) and from within the Billing section.
Please notify support@cqnetwork.com when remittance by EFT has been made. We aim to record all payments timely and can do so only if sufficient information is included.
