While we do advise that Subscribers complete all questions to the best of their ability, we also recognize that some may not be applicable to your organization. Here is our advice on the best path forward for answering these questions:
- Make sure all CQN 'Required for Approval' questions are complete, as these do affect your Approval status.
- Make sure all of your Clients 'Required for Approval' questions are complete, as these do affect your Approval status with your Client.
- Don't feel bad to answer a question with a 'No' response. If there is a text box that accompanies the question, you can include a short explanation.
- If a question is not applicable, and contains a text box, you can answer with a 'Not Applicable' or 'NA' response.
- Some questions may require a table input: for these questions, click to Add the response, and complete with 'NA".
- You can contact your client for clarifications on the question or the content they are requiring.
As with answering all questions, make sure to click on the 'Save and Proceed' at the bottom of the page.
