If you are a new company and do not have HSE Performance statistics from the past three years, you do have the option to choose 'Not Applicable' for the year(s) without that data.
H &S and Environmental Performance question
Navigate to the Questionnaire section from the left menu, then choose Complete Questionnaire. In the questionnaire screen, you will go the OHS section (from the Questionnaire left menu) and click on H & S and Environmental Performance - State / Province / Territory. Choose your Country and State/ Province to have the question HSE Data - Previous Three Years display. This chart requires data to be complete for the previous three years (eb. 2018, 2019, 2020) and not the current year (eg. 2021). On January 1 of each year, the system will reset to include the last year and remove the previous third year (EG. Jan. 1 of 2022): 2018 will be removed and 2021 will be added).
Above each year, there is an Edit button that allows for the data input for each of the line items. If you were not operable for that given year, click on the Not Applicable box. You will not need to input any other data for that year. Click on the Confirm button at the bottom of that box to save your response. The data responses will show as N/A for all items.
