Connect with a Contractor
Connecting with a contractor/subscriber on the system is simple.
Ensure the 'I want to manage contractors' toggle is set to Yes from within the Account Status box. This will allow you to view your existing contractors and search for more!
From the left side menu, or from within the My Contractors section on your dashboard, click on the Connect section. On the Connect with Companies page, click to select the Contractors option. You can choose to search for contractors based on their company name from a drop-down list of Subscribers. You can also search by location and services.
Choose the Subscriber name then click on View Contractor. A new screen will appear that shows the Subscribers' Status which includes their Company name and information, Location(s) and Services. On this screen, you can click to 'Send Request'. This sends a notification to that Subscriber with your request that they connect and release their data to you.
Once the subscriber makes the connection, they will appear in your My Contractors dashboard.
