Where do I view my Clients?

First, make sure that the My Clients section is shown on your Home page. The My Clients section is your company's data and status.  If it is not visible on your Home page, go to the Account Status box at the top of the page and ensure the "I am providing data for clients' toggle is turned to Yes.  This can also be set within your Account Settings (top right, drop-down arrow icon).

Clients Widget

Subscriber(s) that you have connected with will appear in the Clients widget (under the My Clients heading).  This means you have released your data for that company to view and assess. The date of the connection will appear with their company name. 

If the 'Client' has set an approval status for your account, you will see the status and notes they have shared.

From the Clients widget, you can click on the Clients name to remove/modify data access and delete the client, if needed.

Connect with Clients

With all CQN accounts, subscribers have the ability to connect with as many subscribers/clients as needed, for no additional cost! 

From the Clients widget, you can click to 'Connect with new Clients' (or click on Connect from the left side menu). Then, search from the 'Clients' list and choose a company to connect with.  Set the data access to Yes for the Questionnaire, Documents and Evaluation - this enables the client to view those sections of your account.  

You may also want to use the Message centre (top mail icon on account Home) to reach out to new or potential connections - take the opportunity to introduce yourself, describe your services and advise them of the connection!  This provides a great opportunity to network and increase new business!
