Pending Documents
When you upload a document, it will go into our Document Verification que. Your document will show on the Submit Documents page in the Pending list as yellow.
Our document verification team reviews each document that is uploaded and ensures the document meets all necessary criteria and has the correct data entered into the system.
Once the verification is complete and the document meets the criteria, it will then display in your account in green, as Complete. If the document does not meet the criteria, the document is removed from the requirement and an email notification will be sent to users with notes as to what the issue was. The document will remain Outstanding in your account until the correct document is uploaded.
