Pending Documents
When you upload a document, it will go into our Document Verification que. Your document will show on the Submit Documents page in the Pending list as yellow.
Our document verification team reviews each uploaded document and ensures it meets all necessary criteria and has the correct data entered into the system.
Once the document is verified (meets the criteria), it will display in your account in green as Complete. If the document does not meet the criteria, it is removed from the requirement, and an email notification will be sent to users with notes as to what the issue was. The document will remain Outstanding in your account until the correct document is uploaded.
