Clearance Letter Requirements
On the Submit Documents page, within the CQN list of Documents, you will see the requirement for current WCB / WSIB Clearance letters (per location).
Clearance Letters must contain the following:
- Must be addressed to CQ Network / CanQual Inc., to yourself or generic (To Whom it May Concern). CanQual Inc. has a WCB account in Alberta. Our address is: #204, 52 Sioux Rd., Sherwood Park, AB T8A 4X1.
- The letter must be dated within 30 days of uploading it to your account.
- The letter must state that your WCB / WSIB is in good standing.
- If there is an expiry date on the letter, please ensure the letter is not expired when uploading it to your account.
