I have WCB document requirements for locations that we do not operate in, can these be removed?

WCB Document Requirements

The WCB/ WSIB/ EMR requirements that exist in the Submit Documents section are directly tied to the locations that have been selected for your account.  The requirements can not be removed and do affect your approval status if not submitted.

If you do not have WC in the locations that display:

  • Go to the Locations section (from the left side menu) and remove the location.  You will click on the Red X and follow the prompts to have it deleted.  This may take a few minutes for it to delete.  Once you delete the Location, the corresponding document requirements will be removed.

If you do have WCB/ WSIB/ EMR in that location but you have not had an account for the three years that are being asked:

  • If the document requirement allows you to select Not Applicable, you can click to have it marked as such.
  • Upload a letter on company letterhead or from the WCB, WSIB or EMR stating that you did not have an account for the year that is required.  In the data that is being asked when uploading the document: for the Experience Rate or Industry Rate, you can enter 0.
