Connect with a Client
First, ensure the ‘MY CLIENTS’ section is visible on the Home dashboard.
- Click on ‘I want to provide data for clients’ from within the Account Status widget so the toggle shows as Yes.
- This will show the ‘My Clients’ section on the Home page.
- The 'Clients' widget contains the clients/subscribers you connect with. It will show the connection date, approval status with that client (if applicable) and any approval notes.
Connect with a client:
Go to the Connect section in the left menu or click the ‘Connect with new Clients’ link within the Clients widget.
Find the client’s name from the ‘Select’ list—either use the search drop-down menu or type the company name.
Click on the ‘Connect with Client’ green button.
Set the data access to ‘Yes' for the Questionnaire, Documents, and Evaluation, then click Save. This will enable the data to be visible to your client.
You can connect to multiple clients – there is no additional fee for client connections.
Once you connect with a client, keep an eye on the completeness of your Documents and Questionnaire. Your client may have additional questions (Questionnaire) or documents (Documents) assigned.
