How do I connect with a Client?

Connect with a Client

Make sure you have the ‘MY CLIENTS’ section on the Home page dashboard turned ON.  Click on ‘I want to provide data for clients’ from within the Account Status widget, so the toggle shows as Yes.  

This will show the ‘Clients’ widget containing the list of clients/subscribers you are connected to.  

You can Connect with a client from the Connect section in the left menu or by clicking on the ‘Connect with new Clients’ link within the Clients widget.  You can search for the client name from the ‘Select’ list.  Choose the company name, then click on the ‘Connect with Client’ green button.  Ensure you set the data access to ‘Yes' for the questionnaire, documents and evaluation then click Save. 

Once you connect with a client, keep an eye on your Document and Questionnaire completeness.  Your client may have additional questions (Questionnaire) or documents (Documents) assigned.

Once you have connected with your client, their company name will show in your ‘Clients’ widget.  It will also show the date of connection, approval status with that client (if applicable) and any approval notes.
